Log Message:
Secure URL paths. LocalFilePath() will only allow remote file
transfers from the RecordFilePrefix dir or paths in channel.icon .
Also, myth:// URLs no longer include the full path in the URI.
The backends lookup files relative to RecordFilePrefix much
like Apache's DocumentRoot .
