Patch night:
 - Ramon Roca's manual scheduling patch.
 - David Engle's FF/REW patch.
 - Ben Bucksch's category type patch (at least, the mythtv portion of it).

Database update's required -- and if you don't want to lose the contents of your
transcode table (not many people should be using it at this point), you might
want to go edit cvs.sql before running it.

Need to do a 'make distclean' on this one as well.
