Log Message:
Added DBSchemaVer in settings to identify database changes. Mythbackend
will complain if this number is lower than MYTH_SCHEMA_VERSION compiled
into the binary from mythcontext.h .

Increment the version number in mythcontext.h and cvs.sql et al. when
checking in database changes.

This requires a database update.
