Log Message:
Final update for video timing before 0.9. Should be backed out
if there are problems. Fixed avsync_avg, shift by one refresh
cycle, make it harder to add/drop fields consecutively, set
nexttrigger relative to refresh, disabled untested vblank timing.
This should improve 'nVidia polling' with local live TV.
