v2.52, 2003-07-09.  Incorporate Ray Olszewski's modified section 4.  Dennis
Lou's mythgallery doc update.  Updated XMLTV version.  Martin Smith's LVM
contribution.  More detailed instructions on upgrading the database from one
release to another.  Remove the "can't start early" from 10.1.

Created pdf and single file HTML versions for people that like to print docs
and for easier searching.
