Log Message:
Fix ffmpeg's mpeg-ts demuxer to handle junk in streams and ac3 audio.
Fix some database connection/thread issues and some general cleanups to the
ProgramInfo class.
recording->livetv fixes from avalanche at beyondmonkey dot com.
Transcoding patch from Geoffrey Hausheer (still disabled because I made some
locking changes to the transcoder thread that need tested).
German translation update (epg categories) from Stefan Frank.
