Matthew Burnham's patch to add graphical tv_grab_uk configuration
(requires modified tv_grab_uk so far)

Make the postal code recognizer smarter, to only try to load the provider
list when the input is a valid postal code

Display a progress dialog while fetching the provider list

Use descriptive labels rather than displaying the name of the grabber
for grabber selection
