added recording png preview code from Jonathan Kolb <jkolb*greyshift.net>
tweaked pngbehavior.htc to get it working better with recording previews, but in the end
	just disabled it globally, and enabled it manually on the main logo image, which
	is the only image at the moment that requires alpha transparency.
