Log Message:

Added code to eliminate blank lines in textarea caused by empty keyword
values followed by a %BR%.  Fixed bug in ProgramInfo::ToMap() that was
displaying channel name instead of number.  Added support for using the 'R'
key to toggle a program's recording status while in Browse mode.  Added
%REC_STR% and %REC_TYPE% keywords to ToMap() function as well as fixing
iconpath.
