Few changes I've been sitting on for a while:  Fixed tv_rec so commercial
flagging routine will be fired off if user transitions from watching recording
to watching livetvin tv_rec.cpp; modified mainserver so it will stream file
locally if file exists and slave backend that recorded file is down; added
ability to use 'i' key during playback to toggle between Position status
OSD and program description OSD; added ability to use 'o' key in LiveTV mode
to browse through channels/programs without going into EPG (see keys.txt
for usage); fixed commercial detection code to not mark individual commercial
detected at beginning of a show if certain criteria apply.
