Log Message:
Updated MythWeather that uses the weather-ui.xml file to configure it's layout. I also added a radar
map page. You will need a very recent CVS because uitypes and xmlparse files have been changed. The
weater-ui.xml is the default and lies in the themes/default directory - it looks pretty good for most of
the themes, but theme designers can add their own weather-ui.xml files to the individual theme dirs. Also 
added a new weather type #44 - Mostly Sunny w/ Wind
